Apana Vinyasa

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

ApanaVayu is the grounding downward energy that allows us to connect more deeply to the energy (mana) of the earth and sacred islands of Hawaii. In this practice, we'll establish energetic roots through light kundalini breathwork synchronized with gentle body pulsations to help clear our base. We'll then allow ourselves to move, breathe and explore postures that give us ample opportunity to 'let go' into the support of a variety of seated and reclining postures. Let your body drop deep into the embrace of the healing island, to emerge refreshed anew.

Admission: Free for festival pass holders. Open to the public for $15 ($10 kama’āina). A valid Hawaii state-issued ID or driver’s license must be presented at festival check-in to receive kama’āina rates.
