Ahimsa For Our Hips

They say the past is in our hips, so how do we STEP fully into our future if we are so stuck in our hips...?!?? Ahimsa means "not to injure" or 'do no harm'. We will apply these principles while we flow and hold focusing on deep hip opening, happy hamstrings and feeling psoas/hip flexor release. Participants will also learn about the SI joint, a key component in safe hip opening.
