Slow Down, Sink In, Connect: Love in Action. Mindful Yoga in the style of Thich Nhat Hanh
In this Hatha yoga class we will Slow Down (through meditation, mindful movement, self-care with breath and conscious awareness and attention to ourselves in this very moment.)
In each pose we will intentionally Sink In ( so we can experience things more deeply, be more tuned in to our own and other’s feelings and needs - to act from kindness, compassion, heart-centered places)

We will conclude with a Love in Action guided meditation.

Loving Kindness/Ho'oponopono Guided Meditation
In this class, we will explore guided meditations around the themes of love, connection, self-acceptance, harmony, and forgiveness. Loving kindness meditations direct benevolent and loving energy toward ourselves and others. Ho'oponopono (loosely translated as "to make right") is a set of practices that have been used in Hawaiian and other Polynesian cultures for centuries to support harmonious relationships between people, nature and Spirit. Practicing these meditations can increase emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being for ourselves, others, and our environments.

Wake up the nadis (energy channels) and free prana to flow!

Breath is the essence of our Life. Are you breathing right now? Take a big breath and ease into the present moment.

Bhakti Workshop
This playshop will be a journey of and through the heart. Bhakti means “love” or “devotion” and here we will blend mythology, kirtan and experiential creative expression. We will dive into Vedic mythology with appropriate bhajans to sing as call and response kirtan. Throughout the stories and songs, we will open the space to explore different creative outlets such as movement, visual art, drumming and singing as ways to bring out each of our individual Love. The stories will relate to universal themes and will be carried from the universal to the personal, so each participant can see through a variety of different faces and experiences. This playshop will be appropriate for any energy level as each person will decide for themselves how much movement and participation they want to exert. Live Music by Owen Home.
